ORDERS

To place your order, select the desired piece(s) and the relevant size and click "Add to Cart".   

Your Cart will appear on the right-hand side of the screen, and can be accessed elsewhere on the site by clicking the Cart icon in the top right-hand corner. Once you have made your selection, please click "Proceed to Checkout" to complete your delivery and payment details. When your order has been confirmed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.

To place a telephone order, visit our Flagship store page here. Choose your nearest store and call to request placing an order. Our stores will happily assist with a personalised service in getting you the piece(s) you are looking for.

If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 1 hour of placing your order, we recommend checking your spam or junk email folder. You can also search for our email address "online@eskandar.com".  

If you are still unable to find your order confirmation email please contact Customer Care and our team will be able to assist you.

If you have changed your mind about your order after you have placed it, we kindly ask that you contact Customer Care as soon as possible.

Please note that orders that have already been processed cannot be changed or cancelled and must be returned. For help initiating a return please refer to Returns page.

Orders from eskandar.com are shipped from our warehouse in London. We request that you allow sufficient delivery time as international orders may have longer transit times.

If you have an account you can check your order's shipping status by logging in and going to My Orders.

At the time of checkout you will receive an Order Confirmation email. You will receive another email once your order has shipped containing tracking information which you can use to follow your shipment's progress.

Once your order has been dispatched you can follow its progress by clicking the tracking link in the Shipping Confirmation email.

PAYMENT

We accept payments through most major credit cards and payment providers - see all methods below.

Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Returns will take up to 7 days to be processed for a refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. The time it takes for the refund to reach you will depend on your banking institutions processing times.

RETURNS

We accept returns for orders placed within 14 days of their delivery date.

Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.

We do not currently offer exchanges.

If would like to swap your pieces, please kindly place a new order and return your current piece for a refund.

We do not currently offer In-store returns for any orders placed on eskandar.com.
